Delete your HireHustle account

You can leave at any time. Here is how, and what is removed.

1. Keep a copy first (optional)

Web version: Settings → Web version → Download my data gives you everything (jobs, mails, replies, tracker, resumes) as a zip.

2. Ask for deletion

Email support@hirehustle.app with the subject Delete my account, from the email address you signed up with, or message WhatsApp +1 845 253 9604.

3. What is deleted

• Web version: your private server and everything on it (mails, resumes, contacts, settings, saved passwords), its daily backups, and your sign-in.
• Sign-up details kept for trials and licenses (name, email, phone) are deleted too, except a one-way code of your email and phone that only stops a second free trial; it cannot be turned back into either.

We confirm by email once it's done, within 7 days.

Desktop app

Everything is on your computer: quit HireHustle, delete the app, and delete its data folder (ask us on WhatsApp if you can't find it). To have your sign-up details removed from our server, ask as above.

Also stop these yourself

• Remove the HireHustle Chrome add-on in chrome://extensions.
• Revoke the Gmail app password HireHustle used: myaccount.google.com → Security → App passwords.
